？ Assist to implements production plans following qualitative standards and respecting the deadlines as defined in the production planning
協助執行生產計劃，保證標準產出以滿足交期
？ Assist production manager to lead the team establish standard production processes and approve work instructions;
協助生產經理帶領團隊建立標準生產流程及作業指導書的批準；
？ Assist production manager to handle for production management (batch number, serial number and track information);
協助生產經理對生產文件資料管理負責（批號、產品序號及追蹤信息）；
？ Responsible for production equipments and automation equipments application, maintenance and repair & maintenance;
生產設備及自動化設備的應用、維護和保養及維修；
？ Supervise and control of the entire production process in the production process;
負責監管指導整個生產流程中的產品生產工藝；
？ Responsible for on-site production of unreasonable operations to prevent and correct.
負責現場生產不合理作業的預防和糾正。
？ Assist to conduct the production induction training and security training.
負責員工入職培訓和組織安全生產培訓
？ Assist to indicate for the new products assembling and testing;
協助指導新產品的制作和測試；
？ Responsible for EHS program roll out
負責環境健康與安全政策的施行
？ Acting as the role of production manager in case of any absent of production manager to make sure smooth production in workshop.
當生產經理缺席時，擔任生產經理的角色以保證車間生產能保持順利開展。
？ Other ad hoc tasks assigned by department manager.

任職要求
任職要求：
1、工業工程或理工科相關專業本科以上學歷。
2、受過生產作業管理、工藝流程等方面的培訓優先。
3、1年以上相關工作經驗。
4、熟練使用辦公軟件及CAD、PHOTOSHOP等制圖軟件。
5、認真負責、敬業，學習能力強；有較強的責任心，較強的團隊合作精神。
6、英語聽說讀寫良好。
